1. Services

Spider Squad provides residential pest control services including exterior spider control, ant control, mosquito and tick control, and web cleanout. Services are performed by licensed technicians using PMRA-registered products. The specific services included in your booking are confirmed at the time of scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue a treatment if site conditions pose a safety risk to our technicians or if access to required areas is not available.

2. Quotes

All quotes are based on the information you provide about your property. Your confirmed price is provided before any work begins. We do not add charges without prior communication and your agreement. All quotes are in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement of a service date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other factors that may affect treatment efficacy.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the areas of your property requiring treatment. Please ensure that children and pets are kept away from treated surfaces until dry (approximately 30–60 minutes post-application). If there are any structures, features, or areas of the property that should be avoided during treatment, you must communicate this before or at the time of service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Respray Policy

Spider Squad offers a complimentary respray within two (2) weeks of your original service date if you are not satisfied with the results. To request a respray, contact us within the two-week window. The respray guarantee applies to the same services and property included in the original booking. It does not apply where customer-side factors (such as failure to maintain the barrier, reintroduction of pest sources, or significant environmental changes) are the primary cause of recurring pest activity.

The respray guarantee is separate from and does not constitute a warranty of complete pest elimination. Pest control is a management service. Results may vary depending on property conditions, pest pressure level, and environmental factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Spider Squad's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the treatment in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to property damage caused by pest activity before or after treatment, or losses arising from service delays.

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions at the property that were not communicated at the time of booking.

7. Products and Application

All products used by Spider Squad are PMRA-registered and applied by licensed technicians according to label directions. Product selection may vary based on service type, pest species, and site conditions. We do not guarantee specific product selection in advance - we use our professional judgment to determine the most appropriate registered product for your situation.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to These Terms

Spider Squad may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
