Spider Control
Our flagship service. We apply our professional-grade treatment - a professional-grade bifenthrin suspension concentrate - around the full perimeter of your home. The treatment targets foundations, window sills, door frames, soffits, eaves, and any structural gap where spiders harbour or enter.
The barrier repels and kills spiders on contact and remains effective for weeks, resisting rain, UV exposure, and regular irrigation. Most residential treatments are completed in under two hours, entirely from the exterior of the home. Interior treatment is available on request.

Web Cleanout
Before or after your spray, we physically remove existing webs from the exterior - eaves, corners, window frames, and decks. It gives you a clean baseline so any new activity post-treatment is immediately obvious. Quoted by property size and can be added to any booking.
Ant Control
The same perimeter spray approach that controls spiders is also effective against most ant species common in Ontario - including carpenter ants, pavement ants, and odorous house ants. We treat entry points, trail paths, and nesting areas along the foundation.
If ants are your primary concern, let us know when booking and we'll focus application density at the relevant zones. Ant control can be combined with spider control in a single visit.

Mosquito Control
For properties with outdoor living areas, patios, or wooded edges, we offer a yard spray targeting mosquitoes. Treatment focuses on tall grass, shrubs, landscape beds, and the perimeter of outdoor entertainment areas where mosquitoes rest and breed.
This is a seasonal service applied in late spring through early fall. It significantly reduces mosquito pressure and is particularly popular with customers who have pools, large decks, or properties backing onto green space or water.

Tick Control
Ticks harbour in tall grass, brush lines, and wooded edges - the same zones where pets and kids spend time. We treat tick harborage zones around your property perimeter, garden borders, and brush lines where blacklegged ticks wait for a host.
Recommended for properties with dogs, young children, or backing onto parks and wooded areas. Tick treatment can be combined with mosquito control in a single visit.

Annual Maintenance Plan
Spider Squad's annual plan covers recurring seasonal treatments to keep your perimeter barrier active throughout the year. Rather than booking reactively when you see spiders in August, the annual plan puts you on a proactive schedule that stays ahead of peak season.
Annual plan customers receive priority scheduling, and their properties are treated at the right intervals to keep the our licensed treatment product barrier effective before it starts to break down. Ask about annual plan options when you book your first treatment.

Outdoor Event Treatment
Weddings, garden receptions, graduation parties, corporate outdoor events, backyard gatherings. We treat the venue 24 to 72 hours before guests arrive, eliminating spiders and insects from tent perimeters, seating zones, pergolas, and garden paths. No contract - book as a one-time service for your event date.
Dock Spider & Waterfront Control
Dock spiders (Dolomedes) colonize Ontario docks and boathouses through the summer. We treat above-waterline dock surfaces, boathouse walls, swim platforms, and the cottage perimeter. Seasonal opening treatment available. Serving Muskoka, Haliburton, Kawarthas, Grey-Bruce, Simcoe, and all other regions.
