Spider Squad uses transparent starting prices for exterior residential spider treatments. The numbers below are the minimums for the smallest properties in each category; larger homes are quoted custom to their measured linear footage.

How we measure: we use Google Maps satellite view to estimate the linear footage of your foundation perimeter and include the measurement with your quote so you can see exactly what we are pricing. The on-site technician confirms the measurement on arrival.

A standard treatment covers the exterior perimeter and entry points. Additional zones - garages, outbuildings, decks, or interior areas - affect the scope and quote accordingly.
Ant control, mosquito yard treatment, and tick perimeter treatment can each be added to a booking. Your quote will itemize any add-ons separately. Note that standard web sweeping is included in every treatment at no extra charge.
No surprises. The price in your quote is what you pay. We don't add charges on-site for scope that was already visible at booking.
