A licensed pest control pro takes a region as their own market. Every Spider Squad lead in that territory comes to you. You build the local business — we keep the brand, the marketing, and the customer experience consistent.
How it works
You take the territory
One operator per region. You hold exclusive rights to service Spider Squad customers in your defined area, structured through a regional operator agreement.
We feed you the leads
The Spider Squad website, GHL automation, and ad spend all funnel customer demand to your region. We close the bookings; you handle delivery on the ground.
You build a real local business
Hire your own crew, run your own schedule, grow your own book. The territory is yours to scale, with the Spider Squad brand and system behind you.

Region-specific landing pages, SEO, paid ads, and the central booking system that already converts traffic into booked jobs across the province.
Brand and system
The Spider Squad brand, marketing assets, customer-facing automation (quotes, confirmations, follow-up), and the operating playbook we use ourselves in Niagara, Hamilton, and Halton.
Onboarding and standards
Training on our treatment protocols, product spec, customer communication, and quality benchmarks. We don't hand off the brand to anyone we wouldn't trust to deliver our standard.

The deal structure is flexible — equity, royalty, lead-share, or a hybrid — and we work it out together based on your situation and the region's potential. For licensed Ontario exterminators who want to take on extra work without taking on a territory. We send you booked jobs in your area as they come up. You stay independent.
How it works
Spider Squad closes the job
Marketing, inbound calls, online bookings, and customer follow-up are all handled centrally. By the time a job reaches you, the customer has already booked and confirmed.
We dispatch to you
Jobs in your area get routed to your inbox or phone based on your availability. You get the customer details, address, and service scope. You show up and do the work to our spec.
You invoice, we pay
Submit your invoice per completed job or on a weekly cycle. Per-job rates are fixed and agreed up front in your subcontractor agreement. No surprises, no deductions.
Requirements
No exclusivity. You keep your own customers and your own book. Spider Squad jobs are extra volume on top of whatever you're already running.
