Spider Squad is the operating name of Neighbours Lawn Care Inc., a licensed Ontario pest control business headquartered in Grimsby, Ontario. We hold MECP exterminator licences for Structural, Landscape, and Mosquito and Biting Flies. We run Niagara, Hamilton, and Halton ourselves and serve our local communities directly.
Spider Squad is a family-owned and operated pest control business that started in Niagara. We were tired of how most pest control was sold: too expensive, too impersonal, too slow. So we built our own service the way we wanted it run: transparent pricing, outstanding personal care, same-week service, and easy online scheduling. Today, we directly serve Niagara, Haldimand, Hamilton, and Halton counties ourselves, bringing premium, family-run care to our neighbours' homes and cottages.
Here's how it works: we make booking a treatment as simple and direct as possible. You tell us about your property, we give you a transparent upfront quote, and we schedule a time that fits your week. Our licensed, insured family team performs the treatment, using proven, eco-friendly products that are 100% family and pet safe once dry. We handle everything with absolute care, and we stand behind our work with our 2-week free respray guarantee.
Our core service is exterior spider control. Licensed operators apply a professional-grade, PMRA-registered perimeter barrier around your home that eliminates spiders and the insects they feed on. Most treatments take under two hours and require no access to the inside of your home.
We also cover ants, mosquitoes, and ticks, and offer web cleanout as an add-on to any booking. An annual maintenance plan handles seasonal reapplication so the barrier stays effective year-round without you having to think about it.
In almost every case, we don't need to enter your home. The full treatment targets your exterior perimeter - foundation, window sills, door frames, soffits, and eaves - creating a barrier that works from the outside in. You can stay inside or step out during the treatment. Either works.
If you're not happy with the results after your treatment, we'll send someone back to respray at no charge within two weeks of the original service date. No hoops. No paperwork. Just a straight guarantee on the result.

Our technician will arrive in a marked vehicle within your agreed appointment window. They'll walk the exterior of your property first - identifying active web zones, entry points, and problem areas - then complete the treatment. A full exterior application typically takes under two hours for a standard residential property.
You don't need to prepare anything or clear any rooms. Stay inside or step out — your call. If interior treatment is needed or requested, that gets discussed before the job starts. Once treated surfaces are dry (typically 30 to 60 minutes after application), the property is safe for kids and pets.
