Agricultural Field Migration
Fall crop harvesting in Glanbrook and Mount Hope drives thousands of field spiders toward homes. Learn how Spider Squad's autumn barrier protects your home.
To protect Glanbrook and Mount Hope homes from autumn field spider invasions, schedule a late August or early September perimeter barrier spray. This creates an active chemical contact zone along foundation walls before grain and soy harvesting forces spiders out of surrounding fields.
Properties in Glanbrook, Mount Hope, and Binbrook sit adjacent to expansive agricultural acreage. In late summer and early autumn, combines harvest corn and soybean crops, destroying natural spider habitats and triggering massive migrations toward residential foundations.
Combines destroy field habitats, forcing ground spiders, wolf spiders, and crickets toward warm homes.
A 3-foot upward and outward barrier halts crawling pests as soon as they reach the lawn perimeter.
Treating brick expansion joints and basement window wells stops spiders from entering subflooring.
Prevent large wolf spiders and yellow sac spiders from finding warm gaps in your basement windows and patio doors as Ontario nights cool down in September.
