# Services — Spider Squad

Spider Squad provides professional exterior pest control treatments across Ontario. All services are delivered by licensed local operators. No contracts required.

## Core Services

**Spider Control** — Primary service. Exterior perimeter barrier treatment using PMRA-registered bifenthrin (Suspend Polyzone or Dragnet). Targets foundation, window frames, door frames, soffits, eaves, and active web zones. Residual: 30 to 90 days. Interior spot treatment available on request for established indoor populations.

**Ant Control** — Exterior foundation-line treatment targeting pavement ants, carpenter ants, and odorous house ants. Covers the full foundation perimeter, entry points, weep holes, and visible foraging trails. Can be combined with spider treatment in a single visit.

**Mosquito Control** — Yard vegetation treatment targeting adult mosquitoes in their daytime resting zones: shrub undersides, fence-line vegetation, deck structures, and shaded lawn edges. Residual approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Most customers book 2 to 4 applications per season.

**Tick Control** — Perimeter treatment targeting tick habitat zones: lawn-to-garden transition bands, shrub borders, wood lines, and fence bases. Two treatment windows per season: spring (targeting blacklegged tick nymphs, late April to May) and fall (targeting adult ticks, September to October).

## Add-Ons

**Web Cleanout** — Manual removal of existing spider webs from exterior surfaces (eaves, window frames, soffits, corners, light fixtures). Typically done immediately before or after a spider control treatment. Quoted and priced separately.

**Interior Spot Treatment** — Available for basements, crawl spaces, or garages with established pest populations. Discussed and agreed before the job starts.

**Outbuildings and Garages** — Detached garages, sheds, and outbuildings can be added to any exterior perimeter booking.

## Specialty Services

**Waterfront and Cottage Treatment** — Dock spider control, mosquito treatment for outdoor living areas, and tick perimeter treatment for cottage properties. Available seasonally in Muskoka, Haliburton, Kawarthas, Grey-Bruce, and other cottage regions.

**Outdoor Events** — Pre-event mosquito and spider treatment for outdoor venues, private properties, or event spaces. Typically booked 24 to 48 hours before the event.

## Annual Maintenance Plan

Seasonal reapplication program. Timing is managed automatically based on your property and service type — you don't need to rebook each cycle. Priced by property.

## Service Combinations

Any core service can be combined with others in a single visit. Common packages:
- Spider + ant (same exterior perimeter zones, one visit)
- Spider + mosquito + tick (comprehensive spring treatment)
- Mosquito + tick (yard protection package)

## Availability

Same-week service available in most regions. Spring appointments fill quickly (April to May). Waterfront and cottage area availability is seasonal — book early for May/June service in Muskoka, Haliburton, and similar areas.
