# Work With Spider Squad — Subcontract Opportunities ## How This Works Spider Squad generates residential pest control bookings across Ontario through its website, marketing, and referral network. As those bookings come in from regions outside current active coverage, Spider Squad subcontracts those jobs to locally licensed independent contractors. If you hold a valid Ontario Exterminator Licence and operate in a region where Spider Squad is receiving leads, this is a straightforward subcontract arrangement: Spider Squad handles the customer relationship, booking, and payment — you show up, do the treatment, and get paid per job. ## What You Need **Ontario Exterminator Licence:** This is a hard requirement. Pest control operators applying product in Ontario must hold a valid licence under the Pesticides Act (Ontario). If you don't have yours yet, Spider Squad can walk you through the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks exam process. **Vehicle and mobility:** Jobs are booked at residential properties across your region. You need reliable transportation and the ability to move efficiently between jobs. **Physical capability:** The work is outdoor, on foot around property perimeters. You'll be carrying and operating backpack or pump sprayer equipment in Ontario weather from spring through fall. **Professionalism with customers:** Spider Squad's reputation is on the line at every job. Confirming appointments, explaining the service clearly, and being reliable are non-negotiable. ## What Spider Squad Provides - Access to commercial bifenthrin SC product (Suspend Polyzone or equivalent) not available at retail - Treatment protocols, application guidance, and training on Spider Squad's service standards - Customer bookings in your region (you're not sourcing your own leads) - Brand backing and marketing that drives those leads - Invoicing and payment structure on a per-job basis ## Compensation Subcontractors are paid per job completed. Rates vary by service type (spider perimeter, mosquito, tick) and job scope. As booking volume in a territory grows, so does your workload and earnings potential. Full rates are discussed during onboarding. This is performance-based and seasonal (peak is May through October), with earnings tied directly to jobs completed and customer satisfaction. ## Who This Is For - Licensed pest control operators with available capacity in a given Ontario region - Lawn care or landscaping operators who have or are pursuing their Exterminator Licence and want to add pest control revenue - Tradespeople with pesticide application experience (agricultural or commercial background) looking for residential work - Independent operators in regions where Spider Squad is actively booking but not yet staffed ## Getting in Touch If you're licensed (or working toward it) and located in a region where Spider Squad is getting bookings, reach out directly. 905-935-7498 or through the contact form at spidersquad.ca.
