Spider Control in Exeter
Exeter is a small market town in southern Huron County with a mix of older main-street homes and newer residential development at the town's edge. Agricultural land borders the community on all sides, with soy, corn, and winter wheat as the dominant crops. Fall harvest drives consistent spider migration toward residential structures, concentrated in the two to three week harvesting window.
The town's older residential area near the commercial core has the standard older Ontario small-town housing profile: brick and frame homes with full basements, window wells at grade, and aged mortar pointing. These properties see year-round cellar and house spider activity in basement spaces, with fall bringing additional pressure from field-origin species.
