**By phone** (fastest): Call 905-935-7498. Have your approximate property size, home type (detached, semi, townhouse, etc.), and what pest you're dealing with. We can usually provide a number on the call. Phone quotes are available during business hours and are often given the same day.

**Online**: Request a quote through your regional Spider Squad page. Submit your property details through the quote form on your region's page and we'll follow up with a price — typically same day or next business day.

## What to Have Ready

- Approximate property size (rough lot size or square footage is fine — we're calculating foundation perimeter)
- Type of home (detached, semi-detached, townhouse, condo, commercial)
- Which service you're interested in (spider control, ant control, mosquito, tick, or a combination)
- Any specific concerns or add-ons (interior treatment, outbuildings, web cleanout)
- Your general location (city/town and region)

## What to Expect

We review the details and follow up with a clear price. The price in your quote is the price you pay — no on-site add-ons for scope that was visible at the time of booking.

If additional scope comes up on the day that wasn't part of the original quote, your operator will discuss it with you before doing any additional work. Nothing unplanned gets billed without your sign-off.

## Response Time

Most quote requests receive a same-day or next-business-day response. Phone quotes are often completed on the same call. Same-week service is available in most regions — though spring appointments (April to May) fill quickly.
