This is a subcontract relationship, not a franchise in the traditional sense: no franchise fees, no royalties, no complex agreements. You're an independent operator taking on Spider Squad jobs in your territory.

## Licensing in Ontario

Every operator must hold a valid Exterminator Licence from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. Spider Squad supports operators who are working toward their licence through the exam process. The licence is held individually by you, not by Spider Squad.
