# Dragnet — Spider Squad

Dragnet is one of the professional bifenthrin products used by Spider Squad operators for exterior perimeter pest control in Ontario.

## What It Is

Dragnet FT (formerly Dragnet SFR) is a bifenthrin insecticide concentrate registered with Health Canada's PMRA for use by licensed pest control professionals. Active ingredient: bifenthrin. It is a professional-grade formulation not available through retail channels.

## How It Works

Dragnet works on the same mechanism as all bifenthrin products: contact kill via nervous system disruption in insects that cross treated surfaces, combined with residual repellency that discourages pests from settling in treated zones. Bifenthrin is a synthetic pyrethroid — modelled after natural pyrethrins but engineered for greater stability and residual duration.

## Use at Spider Squad

Spider Squad operators use Dragnet and Suspend Polyzone depending on operator preference, application type, and site conditions. Both are PMRA-registered bifenthrin products. The choice between them does not materially affect service outcomes for the customer — both deliver professional-grade residual perimeter control.

## Target Applications

Dragnet is effective against: spiders, ants, earwigs, centipedes, silverfish, and a broad range of crawling insects. Used primarily for exterior perimeter treatment — foundation, window frames, door frames, soffits, eaves, and visible pest harbouring zones.

## Safety

As with all Spider Squad treatments, once treated surfaces are dry (typically 30 to 60 minutes post-application), the property is safe for children and pets. Applied to exterior surfaces in standard residential treatments. All applications performed by licensed Ontario pest control operators.

## PMRA Registration

Registered with Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency. Applied according to label directions. Spider Squad does not deviate from label-specified rates or application methods.
