Spider Squad's discreet service option is available for homeowners and property managers who want pest control treatment completed without unmarked vehicles, visible branded equipment, or any indication to neighbours or guests that a pest control service is present.

In practice, discreet service means:

- The technician arrives in an unmarked personal vehicle rather than a Spider Squad branded truck
- No branded signage, flags, or equipment is visible at the property during service
- Scheduling can be coordinated around times when specific visibility is a concern (before a showing, while guests are away, before a family event)
- Invoicing can be addressed to a company name, property address, or other arrangement that avoids personal identification where preferred

## Who Requests It

Common scenarios:

**Sellers during a listing:** Not wanting neighbours or buyers to see a pest control vehicle at the property before a showing or open house.

**Landlords and property managers:** Some tenants are sensitive to visible pest control activity — either from concern about stigma or from questions about other units. Discreet service avoids that conversation.
