Spider Squad does not publish flat-rate pricing because property size, treatment scope, and add-ons vary significantly. Every quote is specific to your property. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

## What Affects Your Quote

**Property size**: The primary factor is the linear footage of your home's foundation perimeter. Larger perimeters require more product and more time. A small bungalow and a large two-storey home with a wraparound deck are different jobs.

**Treatment zones**: The base quote covers the standard exterior perimeter (foundation, window frames, door frames, soffits, eaves). Additional zones — detached garage, outbuilding, deck, interior areas — are quoted as add-ons.

**Add-on services**: Web cleanout, ant control, mosquito yard treatment, and tick perimeter treatment can each be added. Your quote will itemize add-ons separately so you can choose which to include.

**Region**: Travel and operator availability by region can affect pricing, particularly for rural or remote service areas.

**By phone** (fastest): Call 905-935-7498. Have your approximate property size (rough square footage or lot size is fine), the type of home (detached, semi, townhouse), and what you're dealing with. We can usually give you a number on the call.

**Online**: Request a quote through your regional Spider Squad page. We review your property details and follow up with a price — typically same day or next business day.

## Price Guarantee

The price in your quote is the price you pay. No charges are added on-site for scope that was visible at the time of booking. If additional scope comes up on the day that wasn't part of the original quote, your operator will discuss it with you before proceeding — you're not billed for unplanned work without your sign-off.

## Annual Maintenance Plan

Spider Squad offers an annual maintenance plan that handles seasonal reapplication automatically. This keeps the exterior barrier active year-round without requiring you to rebook each time. Pricing for the plan is based on your property and included in your initial quote conversation.

## What's Included at Base Price

A standard exterior spider control treatment includes:
- Full exterior perimeter barrier application
- Foundation, window frames, door frames, soffits, eaves
- Active web zone targeting identified during the technician's walk-around
- Satisfaction guarantee (free respray within two weeks)

Not included at base price (quoted separately): web cleanout, interior treatment, garages, outbuildings, decks, and other service types (ant, mosquito, tick).

## Response Time

Most quote requests receive a same-day or next-business-day response. Phone quotes are often given on the same call. Same-week service is available in most regions.
